Jarvis Financial was built by a family with a long term view of investing and a commitment to building security for successful middle Americans. Started in 1990 by Nathaniel Jarvis, the financial planning firm has thrived and expanded in Federal Way, Washington by delivering excellent service and measured, consistent investment advice to individuals as well as to area professionals who consult Jarvis Financial in the course of their own work.

After five years of working closely with Nathaniel, Matthew Jarvis assumed day-to-day management of the firm in 2008 and is building a strong future on many of the same core values.

Clients come to understand that when they place a call to Jarvis Financial, it will be answered personally, with messages usually returned within the same business day. The team takes pride in knowing clients well, and in serving multiple generations of the same family.

Strongly rooted in the community, Matthew and other members of the firm are on the boards of, and volunteer for, local organizations with a focus on improving the quality of life in and around Federal Way.

The team at Jarvis Financial is acutely aware that they have been entrusted with their clients’ future security. They do not take risks with their client’s money that they wouldn’t take with their own, which is why they use most of the same investment products they recommend to their clients.
