fi ·du·ci·ar·y

from L. fiduciarius "(holding) in trust";  from fidere "to trust"

A person legally appointed and authorized to hold assets in trust for another person. The fiduciary manages the assets for the benefit of the other person rather than for his or her own profits.

Jarvis Financial is a Registered Investment Advisor with the SEC.  As a fiduciary, we act with undivided loyalty to our clients. This includes disclosure in advance of how we are to be compensated, and of any corresponding conflicts of interest.

Unique in our approach and values, we consciously limit the size of our client list to ensure that clients receive the highest level of service.  This enables us to personally review our clients' accounts and make recommendations where appropriate.

Our approach is comprehensive financial planning, which includes retirement income planning, expense planning (i.e. college), tax minimization strategies, estate planning, risk management and investment allocations. Our view encompasses all of your assets, not only the investments managed by our office.

We develop close and long-lasting relationships with our clients and their families, and we treat our partners and our community as extensions of our own team.
