Matthew Jarvis

Matthew P. Jarvis, ChFC - Managing Partner

A member of the firm since 2003, Matthew has been Managing Partner of Jarvis Financial since 2008.  He holds the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation awarded by the American College, which is regarded as one of the top financial planning designations, and is a candidate for the CFP® certification, having recently passed the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER exam.  A voracious reader, Matthew is extremely well versed in a multitude of retirement and estate planning topics.  His knowledge is only matched by the hands-on experience of nearly a decade in the financial planning industry.

Matthew and his wife, Jackie, have been married since 2003 and are the parents of three.  They are active supporters of St. Francis Hospital organizations and of the Multi-Service Center, and are active in their church community.  Matthew enjoys long distance cycling; he'll complete his first Seattle to Portland ride in 2010.  An Eagle Scout and current Scout leader, Matthew enjoys outdoor activities including hiking and camping, and takes great joy in introducing his two older girls to some of his favorite places.
